The agreement between you and sovrgn for use of the sovereign routing service and API.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
To be drafted Who may use sovrgn, how acceptance is given (account creation / clicking 'I agree'), and the minimum-age / authority-to-bind requirements.
2. The service
To be drafted What sovrgn provides — the sovereign routing API, capability aliases, failover, residency enforcement — and what it does not provide.
3. Accounts and API keys
To be drafted Account creation, the user's responsibility to keep keys secret, liability for use under their key, and key revocation.
4. Acceptable use
To be drafted Prohibited uses, rate/fair-use expectations, and the consequences of abuse. Cross-reference the Model Terms for content rules.
5. Fees, billing and usage
To be drafted Free-tier limits, pay-as-you-go pricing, metering, payment terms, taxes, and refunds.
6. Service availability and changes
To be drafted Best-effort availability, planned maintenance, the right to modify or discontinue features, and any SLA (if offered separately).
7. Intellectual property
To be drafted Ownership of the platform vs. the user's content; the licence each party grants the other.
8. Warranties and disclaimers

9. Limitation of liability
To be drafted Caps and exclusions of liability, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
To be drafted The user's indemnity to sovrgn for misuse / unlawful content.
11. Term and termination

12. Governing law and disputes
To be drafted The governing jurisdiction (note: residency/sovereignty per instance) and the dispute-resolution path.
